Does your babysitter do this??!

I booked a MomPro yesterday to get some relief and got the text message below.  Our Pro for the day asked about doing anything extra around the house!  Now usually we separate our "household task" hours from childcare/child related clean up hours, but this MomPro had a bit of extra time and was willing to fold some laundry while my kids played independently.  That extra basket of folded laundry made my entire day!

Now, our MomPro yesterday used to in fact be a babysitter of ours... a great, safe one!  She went on to take my online course, be screened and vetted to be a MomPro and now makes a higher hourly rate and works with even more quality families.  She's upleveled her in-home care practice with MomPros and is making lots of parents (like me!) extraordinarily happy.  

While we continue to build out the MomPro platform in Rhode Island, I created a quick and easy way you might use the MomPro method if you're not in the area...

I've taken a fraction of my parent/nanny course and adapted it for our MomPros to use as a training guide.  You can in fact access it HERE.  It is only about 25 minutes long but you can show it to your star babysitters, family, or friends who are interested in being a MomPro for you. 

As with the family assistant role, bear in mind any household duties outside of direct childcare/child related cleanups come at a higher hourly rate so check your area market rates to make sure you are on point.
