We are thrilled to announce the official babysitting service launch of the first nanny agency that helped us build Lilli several months ago.  Sarah Washburn, of The Washburn Agency, generously and expertly walked my tech cofounder Steve and I through the most essential steps of matching parents and babysitters.  Since those summer months, we developed a booking and marketing tool for nanny agencies with several agency partners.  Our big goal is for local, reputable agencies to become the #1 go-to source for parents looking for quality occasional care. 

In typical start-up fashion, we weren’t sure what was going to happen many months ago in customer discovery.  Steve and I were in the early phases of knowing each other.  Since that time, we have had a vendor presence at the Fall, 2024 APNA conference, several signed on to our beta group, and dozens of nanny agency owners wanting to hear more.  Steve and I learned we really like working together (we are slightly like Tommy and Richard from the movie Tommy Boy) and we are both obsessed with the notion that nanny agencies are the best, safest choice parents can make when looking for occasional caregivers and beyond.  

We now begin the big climb of making all parents massively aware that agency sourced sitters are the safest, most reliable option for babysitting/occasional in-home childcare. We need parents to know they will be able to easily find these agencies through booklilli.com and can book their occasional care with efficiency on the regular.
